We were so lucky to visit this lovely Halal Ramen and Gyoza (Japanese style dumpling) restaurant, Nikko-ken in Sano city, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan.

This restaurant served Halal certified Ramen and Gyoza, if you want to try traditional Japanese food, then to visit this restaurant is a must.

Why NIkko-Ken?
As we know that in Japan, most of the Ramen Soup made with Pork or Pork derived ingredients. some of them use the bone part, oil or meat as topping.
Here in Nikko-ken, they served Ramen and Gyoza that made with only Halal ingredients pork free and non alcohol. The ramen soup made with halal chicken and Gyoza filling made from vegetables and Halal certified meat. Muslim customer can enjoy all those Japanese food without worry.
