The History of Halal Bread Business

Ms. Siti Nurjanah started accepting orders for Halal bread since 1997, her customer mostly Muslim student and Muslim people living in Japan. Her passion for bakery made her joined one of Japan popular bakery course institution “Japan Home Bakery”. After finished the course, Ms. Siti Nurjanah had more confidence to open the bakery business officially.
