Personally, I love Ramen to the Max. But as we know, original ramen in Japan made from pork based soup or other non Halal broth. But dont worry, Japan made significant change in Halal Industry over the years and one of noticable change is the availability of Halal Ramen in this beautiful country. One of my favorite Halal Ramen Restaurant is Halal Restaurant Naritaya Osaka, this HALAL RAMEN CHAIN restaurant, made delicious original Japanese Ramen (Like Miso or Salt) with halal certified meat based soup.
