A new halal cafe was opened in the Sendai area!

Alhamdulillah good news for all Muslims visiting or living in Sendai, there is a New Halal Restaurant, just opened last month.

Halal Hub Cafe & Restaurant is a cozy place for you to enjoy a wide range of halal food, take a break with a hot cup of coffee or just gather some work together in a relaxed environment. This cafe was opened on the 31st of January 2020 in Hachiman 2-chome, Sendai city. Besides the casual details of a cafe’s interior, visitors get an unparalleled opportunity to enjoy a very homely environment – sharing the meal comfortably with your family and friends

It was a great opportunity for me to be able to witness the opening of this new local halal restaurant. I visited the opening ceremony with my family with great excitement and pride. It was a surprising visual for us to see the number of guests, mostly Japanese, who showed up for the event with extreme pleasure and joy with kind gestures of bouquet and gifts. This heart-warming sight filled us with delight and appreciation for being part of such a loving and supportive community. My stereotype was over-powered by the support and appreciation from the community that this cafe would only suffice the needs of the Muslim community; it brought joy to the entire locale.

More than the fulfillment it was gained by the existence of this restaurant, the menu was unrivaled. It offers an interesting synergy between Indian and Bangladesh cuisines with several hot delights direct from the chefs’ special beverage menu. One is sure to taste a variety of Indian spices added to all their cuisine, making it a signature dish!

Even during peak hours, I was enthralled by the friendliness and warm-welcoming nature the staff displayed. You can be assured to be treated and served with extreme kindness, so do not hesitate to place your requests on the table.

This new halal restaurant, now, needs all your support to make it a successful business here in Japan.
