Sendai city, located in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, here in this beautiful city, Hotel Metropolitan Sendai located. The hotel location is just right next to Sendai station, in the heart of the city. Stay for leisure or business, the hotel will welcome you with utmost hospitality.
For me especially, this Hotel has a special feeling in my heart. They have 2 Halal Certified Restaurant just in one hotel (Serenity Restaurant and Hayase Restaurant). I will explain both of them in this blog for you guys.
- Serenity Restaurant
This restaurant is certified by Malaysia Halal Corporation Co., Ltd. The refined atmosphere in 5 space zones will make you want to stay a long time here. All the dishes are Halal certified, the staff also fulfilled the Halal training to achieve and maintain the high quality of halal standard, the dishes served here are western style, so you can find steak, lamb roast and sauteed chicken on their menu. They open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Hayase Restaurant
Hayase restaurant located in the same hotel, it serves Halal certified Japanese cuisine, using halal certified ingredients combine with high-quality local products. The Restaurant is a perfect place to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine. In this occasion, we tried one of their signature menu items HALAL SUKIYAKI. Sukiyaki is traditional Japanese cuisine featuring thinly sliced beef, simmered lightly alongside vegetables and other ingredients in a pot of sweet soy sauce-based soup. The ingredients are usually dipped in a raw beaten egg just before eating, the proper way to eat Sukiyaki! You can also try other halal authentic Japanese cuisine besides sukiyaki in this restaurant.
