Assalamualaikum,

Lanzhou Ramen, known as hand-pulled noodles that came from the Noodle capital in the world, Lan Zhou city in Gangsu province, China.

Lanzhou Ramen’s noodles are handmade from scratch, for Noodles lover like me, to try this kind of noodle is overwhelming. Fortunately, in Japan, you can try this extraordinary Lanzhou Ramen in Kaenzan Lanzhou Lamian restaurant in Tokyo, located just 5 minutes walk from Ikebukuro station.

In this restaurant, you can try the authentic silk road taste of Halal beef Ramen, fried noodles, lamb kebabs and many more. All the foods served are halal since the chiefs are Muslim too and all of them usually wear “Kufi” or known as Muslim hat.

The restaurant is always very crowded with the customer since it is very popular among Chinese and Muslim, people are waiting to get the signature dish of Lanzhou Ramen, please take note that they are open during lunch and dinner time. Both English and Japanese menus are available, with English- and Chinese-speaking staff on site too.

And here it is the one that we are waiting for long, the ramen! it looks so delicious with the beef and spicy broth. Halal beef is very soft to bite and so the noodle. It is a big portion, but you will eat this all because of the deliciousness. trust me!
